2. What this website does and does not collect
This website has no contact form, no user accounts, no online payments, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies (see our Cookie Notice). You reach us by WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail, so the personal data we receive is the data you choose to send us.
Please do not send us passwords, bank-card numbers or copies of identity documents unless we have specifically asked for them for a legal reason.
3. Personal data we may process
- Contact details: your name, telephone number, WhatsApp profile name, e-mail address and the language you prefer.

4. Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange a visit. Basis: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- To provide home care, project management, construction or other services you ask for, and to write reports and follow-up work orders. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep job, invoice and warranty records and to meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest in keeping records of our work.
- To protect our rights, handle complaints and improve our services. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Where Thai law requires your consent, for example for using your photographs of a project in our portfolio, we ask for it first. You may withdraw consent at any time.
We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them or agree to receive them.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above:
- Handyman Hua Hin, our partner company, when your enquiry, quotation or work involves its teams.
- An independent licensed engineer, only if you ask us for a referral or an official inspection report.
- Service providers that we use to communicate and run the website, such as WhatsApp (Meta), our e-mail provider and our web host.
- Authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or where we need advice to protect our rights.
Our partners and providers handle personal data under their own obligations. Their own privacy notices apply to how they use your data.
6. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of the services mentioned above, such as WhatsApp and e-mail, may process data on servers outside Thailand. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we do so as the PDPA allows and take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy: while your enquiry or job is active, for the warranty and follow-up period of our work, and for the period that Thai tax, accounting and other laws require us to keep records. After that we delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete data earlier; we will do so unless we must keep it by law or to defend a legal claim.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- give you access to, and a copy of, your personal data;
- correct or update inaccurate data;
- delete or anonymise your data;
- restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it;
- give you your data in a portable form, where applicable;
- withdraw consent you have given.
To use any of these rights, e-mail [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
9. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
