ThaiGear Solutions (TGS) grew out of personal experience of living in Thailand, particularly in Hua Hin. Time and again we heard the same concerns from residents, and we set out to solve them.

Whether you are a local or a foreigner, living here full-time or part-time, we are here for you. In partnership with Handyman Hua Hin, we work to make life easier for the people we serve.

What we do

• Construction. We manage your building projects with expertise, in your preferred language: Thai, English, Swedish or Norwegian.
• Project management. Scheduled upkeep for housing projects and communities.
• Home care. Whether you live here full-time or part of the year, we keep your home in good condition all year round.
• Small houses. Turn-key homes designed for small central plots.
• Handyman. Repairs, installations and renovations by in-house teams.

Honest about our role

We work closely with Handyman Hua Hin. For homes and projects built by Handyman we are not an independent party, and we say so openly. When you are buying a house built by someone else, or having a project built by another company, we assess it on its own merits and report to you, the owner.

Our reports help you plan repairs and budget, but they are not official documents. If you need an official, legally valid inspection report, we can refer you to an independent licensed engineer. Read the full reports disclaimer.
